TruCapital Partners in San Diego, CA is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its accounting team. The role focuses on managing day-to-day AP and AR, maintaining accurate records, and supporting accounting operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of AP/AR experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Responsabilités

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
• Match invoices to supporting documentation and ensure proper approvals are obtained.
• Process vendor invoices and prepare weekly payment runs.
• Maintain vendor and customer records and account information.
• Review and process employee expense reimbursements.
• Reconcile credit card statements and supporting receipts.
• Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with collections efforts and customer account follow-up as needed.
• Support intercompany billing and account reconciliations.
• Assist with annual audits and special accounting projects.
• Research and resolve vendor and customer account issues.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
