Job summary

CFS is seeking an AP & AR Specialist to join our accounting team in a dynamic, manufacturing environment. You will own critical AP and AR processes and help strengthen vendor and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and vendor payments
• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and customer account maintenance
• Reconcile vendor statements, customer accounts, and related balance sheet accounts
• Partner with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing
• Assist with month-end close activities, reporting, and continuous improvement of AP and AR processes
