Job summary

Qualifications

• BS or MS in immunology, cell biology, or related field, 0–3 years experience.
• Experience with mouse immunizations, tissue collection, and IACUC familiarity is a plus.
• Aseptic mammalian cell culture experience required; cancer cell lines/hybridomas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform mouse immunizations, sera titer assessment, and tissue collection.
• Maintain mammalian cell lines for cell-based assays across multiple projects.
• Screen antibodies using ELISA, flow cytometry, and cell-based functional assays.
• Prepare reagents and maintain an up-to-date inventory, including monitoring stock levels and reordering as needed.
• Demonstrate initiative and creativity in experimental design, execution, and troubleshooting.
• Execute high-throughput processes to support antibody discovery and screening workflows using automation.
• Maintain meticulous lab records using an electronic notebook (Benchling) and communicate findings through reports and presentations.
• Collaborate across teams to drive research excellence in a fast-paced environment.
