Job summary

Adimab, LLC is seeking a Principal Research Associate in Antibody Discovery (Immunology) to join a collaborative team advancing in vivo antibody discovery and optimization. You will work on yeast and mammalian cell systems, handle B cells, perform FACS, and analyze data to drive antibody programs.

The role requires immunology/biotech background, strong data presentation skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in immunology, molecular biology, bioengineering or related field with 4+ years in academia or industry.
• Experience with basic lab techniques: sterile culture, PCR, cloning, flow cytometry.
• Ability to analyze and present data; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organization, problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Culture yeast and mammalian cells; handle lymphocytes and perform characterizations.
• Isolate primary B cells using FACS and analyze antibody data.
• Construct and select yeast antibody libraries; perform single-cell RT-PCR.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners; manage reagents and data.
