Prellis Biologics in Berkeley, CA seeks a Senior Research Associate — High-Throughput Antibody Expression to advance our antibody discovery platform. You will execute and evolve state-of-the-art protein expression, synthetic biology, and end-to-end automation pipelines that drive discovery.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or Immunology.

Responsibilities

• Execute high‑throughput antibody expression workflows including cell culture and maintenance, transfection, purification, buffer exchange, spectrophotometry, and QC/characterization.
• Build and run end-to-end automation pipelines on liquid handlers to scale throughput.
• Contribute to technology innovation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of protein expression and discovery platforms.
• Collaborate with Data Science on data visualization and reporting.
• Maintain accurate ELN documentation and communicate results across teams.
• Interface with external vendors and CROs to support antibody discovery workflows.
• Support cross-functional collaboration across therapeutic programs and technology initiatives.
