Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the full sales cycle, from lead generation through closing deals.
• Documented track record of closing complex scientific or platform-based deals.
• 5+ years of antibody domain expertise in discovery or biologics development.
• Knowledge of flow cytometry and related techniques is a plus.
• Established relationships with antibody-focused biotech companies and immunology groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and pursue new opportunities.
• Oversee customer support and act as primary contact for key accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to inform strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders; conduct regular reviews.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports to senior management.
• Identify and implement improvements to sales processes to enhance efficiency.
• Drive business development across the Western North America region and partnerships.
