Resilience, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive new business across the West Coast. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, and travel up to 50% to engage with pharma and biotech leaders.

The role requires a hunter mentality, deep knowledge of Biologics and Drug Product capabilities, and the ability to build a robust pipeline in a dynamic market. Join a team focused on transforming medicine manufacturing.

Qualifications

• CDMO/CDMO-adjacent sales experience.
• Knowledge of Biologics and Drug Product development and manufacturing.
• Hunter mentality with ability to build pipeline in new or underdeveloped territory.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an active, self-generated pipeline across the West Coast.
• Prospect for new opportunities using networks, referrals, campaigns, and inbound leads.
• Own the full sales cycle from outreach through proposal, negotiation and close.
• Meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets for the territory.
• Cultivate durable relationships with scientific, technical, and executive decision-makers.
• Represent Resilience at trade shows and conferences and with client organizations.
• Collaborate with Marketing to shape campaigns and convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline.
• Maintain working technical knowledge of Biologics and Drug Product development and manufacturing.
