Job summary

Green Life Science in the United States seeks a scientifically driven Scientist BD – Licensing to support strategic partnerships and out-licensing across antibody discovery and preclinical platforms. This role is ideal for a PhD-trained scientist moving into a client-facing, commercial role.

The candidate should have deep expertise in antibody drug discovery, data translation to therapeutic and licensing value, and strong experience with partnerships, due diligence, and deal execution.

Qualifications

• PhD required in pharmacology, immunology, cancer biology, or related field.
• 3+ years of work experience in drug discovery or related field.
• Ability to translate complex biological data into clear therapeutic and licensing value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop licensing and strategic partnership opportunities for antibody programs.
• Translate scientific data into compelling therapeutic and commercial value propositions.
• Engage with biotech and pharma partners to assess pipeline gaps and propose solutions.
• Lead partner discussions, diligence, and deal execution with internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align capabilities with business strategy.
• Represent the organization in partner meetings and industry events.
• Monitor trends to inform BD and licensing strategy.
