Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Technology Trainer to design, deliver, and evolve Claude enablement programs. You will build 101/201 curricula, create labs and guides, and lead live sessions for diverse audiences including engineers and business users.

Travel up to 30% to deliver in-person training at client sites and events, while maintaining strong virtual sessions and office hours to support learners and certification programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical training, enablement, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Strong technical foundation — comfort with APIs and integrations, and enough hands-on experience with Claude or comparable LLM platforms to teach and troubleshoot confidently.
• Proven experience designing and delivering tiered training curricula (e.g., 101/201) to mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills across both virtual and in-person formats, with the ability to engage a room.
• Strong instructional design skills — structure content for retention; Anthropic Certified Trainer or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and continuously improve 101 and 201 training curricula covering Claude's capabilities, the Anthropic API and developer platform, prompting best practices, and integration patterns.
• Develop enabling assets: slide decks, labs, quick-reference guides, certification assessments, and recorded content.
• Structure content using instructional design principles to drive retention and behavior change.
• Keep curricula current as Claude models and platform capabilities evolve.
• Deliver engaging live training sessions—virtual and in-person—to internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Tailor enablement content for audiences from non-technical business users to developers and solution architects.
• Demo Claude capabilities live, including API usage and common integration patterns; field questions confidently.
• Provide office hours and follow-up technical support after sessions.
• Own and evolve NewRocket's internal Anthropic certification program for 101 and 201 tracks.
• Track certification status and report program health to practice leadership.
