Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Technology Trainer to enable Anthropic capabilities across internal teams, partners, and clients. You will design and deliver foundational and advanced training on Claude, the Anthropic API, and related tooling, ensuring hands-on, corrective labs and strong learning outcomes.

You will build slide decks, labs, quick-reference guides, and assessments, and keep content current as Claude models and platforms evolve. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical training or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong API/integration background and proficiency with Claude or similar LLM platforms.
• Experience designing 101/201 curricula for mixed tech audiences.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation for virtual and in-person formats.
• Anthropic Certified Trainer or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver 101 and 201 curricula covering Claude, Anthropic API, prompts, and integrations.
• Develop enablement assets like slides, labs, guides, and assessments.
• Lead live training sessions (virtual and on-site) for internal teams and clients.
• Adapt content for diverse audiences and manage certification programs.
• Track learning metrics and report program health to leadership.
