Job summary

NewRocket, a global partner, is hiring a Technology Trainer to deliver Anthropic enablement and Claude training across internal teams, partners, and clients. You will design 101/201 curricula, demo Claude APIs, and build labs and assessments. Travel up to 30% for on-site workshops and events.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technical training, strong API/Claude expertise, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

3+ years in technical training or related customer-facing technical role.
Strong technical foundation — API/integrations with Claude or comparable LLMs for teaching/troubleshooting.
Proven experience designing tiered curricula (101/201) for mixed technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in virtual and in-person formats.
Anthropic Certified Trainer or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

Design 101/201 curricula covering Claude capabilities and API use.
Develop enablement assets: slide decks, labs, quick guides, and assessments.
Structure content for retention and behavior change; update with new Claude features.
Deliver live training sessions (virtual and on-site) to internal teams, partners, and clients.
Own and evolve NewRocket's Anthropic certification program; track learning outcomes.
