Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Technology Trainer to lead Anthropic enablement, develop curricula for Claude capabilities, and deliver engaging sessions to internal teams, partners, and clients.

You will design labs and certification assessments, adapt content as Claude models evolve, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure adoption and proficiency across diverse audiences. Travel up to 30% supports in-person workshops and events.

Qualifications

• Design foundational and advanced training curricula for Claude capabilities and Anthropic API.
• Deliver engaging sessions virtually and in-person to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrate live Claude capabilities and coaching best practices.

Responsibilities

• Create enablement assets: slides, labs, guides, assessments.
• Maintain Curricula with new Claude updates and platform changes.
• Deliver trainings to internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Offer office hours and follow-up support to reinforce learning.
• Track certification progress and program health for leadership.
