Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Technology Trainer to enable Anthropic/Claude adoption across client teams. You will design and deliver 101 and 201 curricula, cover Claude API, and drive best practices with hands-on labs and live demonstrations.

Travel up to 30% to deliver workshops, partner with Delivery, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product, and own the internal certification program while shaping learning experiences for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical training or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong API and integration experience; able to teach and troubleshoot Claude.
• Experience designing tiered curricula (101/201) for mixed audiences.
• Excellent presentation across virtual and in-person formats.
• Instructional design skills; willing to obtain Anthropic Trainer credential within 90 days.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Delivery, Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver 101/201 curricula covering Claude capabilities, Anthropic API, and developer platform.
• Develop enablement assets: slide decks, labs, guides, and assessments.
• Structure content with instructional design principles to drive retention and behavior change.
• Keep curricula current as Claude models and platform capabilities evolve.
• Deliver engaging live training sessions (virtual and in-person) to internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Tailor content for audiences from non-technical business users to developers.
• Demo Claude capabilities live, including API usage and integration patterns; field questions.
• Provide office hours and follow-up technical support to reinforce learning.
• Own and evolve NewRocket's internal Anthropic certification program; design assessments.
• Track certification status and training metrics; report program health.
