Job summary

NewRocket seeks a Technology Trainer to design and deliver 101/201 curricula covering Claude capabilities and the Anthropic API. You will build enablement assets, structure content for retention, and refresh materials as Claude evolves.

You will deliver engaging live trainings, tailor content for mixed audiences, demo Claude capabilities, and support learners with office hours and assessments. Join a cross-functional team in a fast-growing practice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical training, enablement, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, or a related customer-facing technical role.
• Strong technical foundation with APIs and integrations; hands-on Claude or comparable LLM platforms.
• Proven experience designing tiered curricula (101/201) for mixed audiences.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in virtual and in-person formats.
• Instructional design skills to optimize retention; Anthropic Certified Trainer or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Design and build 101/201 training curricula covering Claude capabilities, Anthropic API, and developer platform.
• Develop enablement assets: slide decks, labs, guides, assessments, and recorded content.
• Structure content for retention with sound instructional design principles; refresh as Claude updates arrive.
• Deliver engaging live trainings, both virtual and in-person, to internal teams, partners, and clients.
• Tailor enablement content to audiences from non-technical users to developers and architects.
• Demo Claude capabilities live, including API usage and prompt techniques; field questions confidently.
• Provide office hours and follow-up technical support to reinforce learning.
• Own NewRocket's internal Anthropic certification program across tracks 101/201; measure progress.
