On-site leadership is required to manage daily field operations, monitor KPIs, and partner with sales, dispatch, and support to align execution with business goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience within plumbing, HVAC, construction, or field service.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing field teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing operational metrics and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of plumbing professionals to achieve goals and service excellence.
• Drive department growth through recruiting, onboarding, and development.
• Build culture centered on accountability, quality, safety, and customer experience.
• Own daily field operations, set priorities, remove obstacles, and drive execution.
• Monitor KPIs to improve revenue, profitability, productivity, and satisfaction.
• Partner with leadership, sales, dispatch, and support to align execution with objectives.
• Ensure quality workmanship, efficient material usage, and timely completion.
• Conduct ride-alongs, audits, and site visits to support technician development.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure prompt service resolution.
• Drive safety, permitting, and company standards compliance.
• Develop scalable systems and processes to support growth.
