Haley Mechanical is seeking a Plumbing Operations Manager to lead and grow the Plumbing department in the Ann Arbor market. This on-site role focuses on building high-performing teams, scalable processes, and exceptional customer experience.

You will drive department growth, manage field operations, and monitor KPIs to optimize revenue and client satisfaction. A strong leadership background in home services or related fields is valued, with service-management platform experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in field service or similar operations.
• Proven ability to drive accountability and results.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining field teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of plumbing professionals to achieve performance goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Drive department growth through recruiting, onboarding, and developing top plumbing talent.
• Own daily field operations by setting priorities, removing obstacles, and driving execution.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to improve revenue, profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with leadership, sales, dispatch, and support teams to align operational execution with business objectives.
• Ensure quality workmanship, efficient material usage, and timely completion of jobs.
• Conduct ride-alongs, field audits, and job site visits to support technician development and maintain quality standards.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution of service concerns.
