Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in plumbing/HVAC/construction or similar field service.
• Home services experience preferred but not required.
• Proven track record leading teams, driving accountability and results.
• Experience recruiting, developing and retaining high-performing field teams.
• Strong problem-solving and sound decision-making in fast-paced settings.
• Experience managing metrics and executing process improvements.
• Excellent communication, coaching and team-building skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service platforms is a plus.
• On-site hands-on leadership in the Duluth market.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of plumbing professionals to meet goals and customer service standards.
• Grow the department through recruiting, onboarding, and development of top talent.
• Build a culture centered on accountability, quality, safety, and customer experience.
• Own daily field operations by setting priorities, removing obstacles, and executing plans.
• Monitor KPIs to improve revenue, profitability, productivity, and satisfaction.
• Partner with leadership, sales, dispatch, and support to align execution with objectives.
• Ensure quality workmanship, efficient material usage, and timely job completion.
• Conduct ride-alongs and field audits to support development and quality.
• Manage customer escalations and resolve service concerns promptly.
• Drive safety, compliance, permits, and company standards.
• Develop scalable systems and processes to support growth.
