You will mentor technicians, oversee daily service operations, manage budgets and KPIs, and partner with leadership to drive growth while maintaining safety and compliance. Master Plumber license is required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading plumbing service operations or service teams.
- Strong plumbing knowledge and leadership and communication skills.
- Current Master Plumber License required.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of plumbing technicians and support staff.
- Oversee daily service operations across multiple locations.
- Monitor budgets and key metrics; drive profitability.
- Support hiring, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with leadership on operational strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and policies.
