Job summary

MAK Anesthesia is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support full-cycle recruiting for anesthesia providers and perioperative staff across hospital, ASC, and clinical settings.

You will partner with recruiters, credentialing teams, and leadership to ensure compliant, efficient hiring workflows, a world-class candidate experience, and timely onboarding in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or healthcare administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews, site visits, and virtual screenings for anesthesia professionals across multiple locations.
• Maintain organized recruiting pipelines and track candidate progress within the ATS.
• Coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, clinical leaders, and operations teams.
• Support job posting creation and distribution across healthcare job boards, professional networks, and specialty associations.
