Job summary

US Anesthesia Partners is seeking a Clinical Recruiter – Anesthesia OnCall to identify qualified anesthesia candidates and manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to hire. This role coordinates interviews with healthcare facilities and guides candidates through onboarding.

The recruiter will leverage ATS/CRM tools to source candidates, screen CVs and conduct phone interviews, and negotiate contract terms to align with client expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in clinical recruiting, preferably in anesthesia.
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia practices, procedures, and terminology.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and team members.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), databases (CRM) and other recruitment tools - Bullhorn, Doc Café, and Social Media Sourcing desirable.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates using job boards, social media, and networking to attract anesthesia professionals.
• Screen candidates through CV reviews and phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Develop and execute marketing and branding initiatives.
• Negotiate contract terms with candidates, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through onboarding and paperwork.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate candidate records.
