Job summary

OrthoMed Anesthesia in Addison, TX seeks a Physician/CRNA/CAA Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for anesthesia physicians, CRNAs, CAAs, and office staff across our partner network. This on-site role reports to the Director of Human Resources and aims to attract top talent in the competitive healthcare market.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in healthcare recruitment, strong ATS knowledge (Paycom preferred), and a proven track record of successful placements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment for physician, CRNA, and CAA staffing required.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in anesthesia services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successful placements in the healthcare field.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, preferably Paycom.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Healthcare-specific certifications (e.g., NAHCR, NAHP, etc.) are a plus.
• Available for occasional travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified anesthesia physicians, CRNAs, and CAAs for various locations within our partner network.
• Recruit biller, scheduler, poster, etc. positions within the organization.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume review, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions, understand current staffing needs and future plans while maintaining ongoing positive interactions and support.
• Sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates for existing and future job openings.
• Attend job fairs, networking events, and professional conferences to promote the organization and source candidates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare recruitment regulations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics.
• Other duties as assigned
