Job summary

Premier Anesthesia, a national anesthesia management and consulting company, is seeking a Locum Tenens Recruiter to build dedicated anesthesia provider teams for practices nationwide. You will perform recruiting functions to ensure qualified candidates are available for position openings, with a focus on locum coverage and supporting growth for new facility clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years healthcare locums recruitment experience; anesthesia preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruiting and staffing processes and strategies.
• Knowledge of CRM and data management systems.
• Experience managing full lifecycle of recruiting, including market mapping and candidate management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit anesthesiology professionals and dedicated anesthesia provider teams.
• Conduct phone screenings for clinical skills and overall fit.
• Enter CV, outreach activities, and source information into CRM/database.
• Coordinate scheduling, travel, and onboarding with facilities and providers.
• Maintain professional relations with applicants, facility leaders, and agencies.
• Track candidate communications and update scheduling/coaching as needed.
