Qualifikationen

• Requires skills and abilities typically attained by 4 years of surgery scheduling experience.
• Good leadership, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-level customer service.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software and computerized scheduling systems.

Aufgaben

• Analyze contract requirements to identify available clinical resources.
• Create clinician schedules based on contracts and needs, enter into scheduling systems.
• Provide regular schedule status reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with Credentialing, enrollment, recruiting, payroll, and client administration.
• Perform additional administrative tasks such as answering phones and data entry.
