Job summary

Citi in Irving, Texas is seeking a Digital Software Engineer Lead Analyst for Android development. You will lead all phases of the development lifecycle, mentor engineers, and collaborate with onshore/offshore resources to deliver secure, scalable mobile solutions in a financial services context.

The role requires strong Java/Kotlin skills, OpenShift/cloud experience, and a track record of delivering large enterprise mobile programs. Time type is full time with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years native mobile development - Android (Kotlin/Java) preferred; iOS (Swift) a plus
• 5+ years Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot or related tech
• 3+ years leading engineers and maintaining code quality
• 3+ years OpenShift and public cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Track record delivering large mobile programs in finance/enterprise

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the development lifecycle in agile environments
• Mentor a team of engineers and drive engineering excellence
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore resources and stakeholders
• Ensure security, resiliency, scalability and maintainability in designs
• Manage multiple work streams and deliver on deadlines
• Develop and execute test scripts ( automated and manual ) for validation
