Qualifications

• 6+ years of Apps Development or systems analysis experience.
• Experience in analyzing and programming software applications.
• Project management experience.
• SME in at least one Applications Development area.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to integrate functions and deploy new products.
• Resolve high impact problems through evaluation of processes and standards.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and align with architecture blueprint.
• Develop coding, testing, debugging and implementation standards.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies.
