Qualifications

• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, PCF, Akamai) and NGA technology.
• Experience leading resources and serving as SME across the company.
• Knowledge of automating code quality, performance, unit testing, and CI/CD.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and drive results on large-scale efforts or multiple smaller projects as development lead.
• Understand client core business functions and translate into system design.
• Identify system function specifications with end-user input and integrate into architecture.
• Mentor and coach SDEs; guide architecture reviews and best practices.
• Plan and manage large budgets and cross-functional initiatives with risk analysis.
• Communicate risks to business owners for informed decisions.
• Provide architectural guidance during preplanning and design reviews.
• Publish design review extensions and align with sprint plans.
