Cribl is seeking an Analytics Business Partner to translate complex product and customer data into consistent reporting across the organization. You will own cross‑functional alignment with GTM, Finance, Product, and IT to ensure data models, definitions, and reporting reflect business reality and strategic priorities.

You will diagnose and drive solutions for non-routine events, lead M&A integration efforts, and support new product launches with clear metrics and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• Able to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right; hands‑on query and dashboard work not primary.
• Able to assess whether a data problem is data, process, or model related.
• Strong communication; can present to execs and work with operational teams.
• Experience post-close M&A integration or new product/go-to-market changes.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and drive the solution for non-routine business events and reporting gaps.
• M&A integration: fit acquired products and customers into reporting models.
• New product launches: align success metrics with data models and reporting.
• Keep execution moving across Data, Analytics, and cross-functional teams.
• Stand up the Business Intelligence Council to drive alignment and resolution.
• Know the business: coordinate GTM, Finance, Product and other functions before scoping data work.
• Remote-first work across time zones.
