Cribl is seeking an Analytics Lead to act as an internal data consultant and product owner across GTM, People, Finance, and more. You will own the Data UX, design self-serve data solutions, and partner with executives to drive data-informed decisions.

With 7+ years in analytics, you will bring SQL, modern data stack experience (Snowflake, dbt), and BI tools with semantic layers (Omni, Looker, Sigma). This remote-first role spans time zones, offering a strong path to impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, data, or a related role with senior business partner experience.
• Hands-on marketing analytics, including attribution, campaign measurement, and funnel analysis.
• Proficient in SQL and familiar with Snowflake, dbt, and BI tools with semantic layers (Omni/Looker/Sigma).
• Ability to use AI-assisted modeling to accelerate work while maintaining business context.
• Experience building or directing predictive models and experiments with actionable outputs.
• Track record of presenting analyses to executives that influenced decisions.
• Strong written communication and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Translate analyses into clear narratives tailored to diverse audiences.
• Treat analytics as a product: learn user needs, prioritize impact, and enable quick decision-making.
• Frame problems, define requirements, and own analytics end-to-end.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive clarity.
