Job summary

enGen is seeking an early-career professional to join the Enterprise Technology Development Program (ETDP) in the Business Operations track. The role offers a two-year, paid rotational development experience with hands-on exposure to multiple teams and initiatives.

The incumbent partners with leadership to provide data-driven insights, governance oversight, and operational support to improve performance, efficiency, and compliance. Leverages processes and tools to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Completed at least one quality internship in a role related to this position.
• Active involvement in clubs, volunteer work, or similar outside of class.
• Experience with reporting, process improvement and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to support planning activities and process improvements.
• Analyze operational, workforce, financial, and performance data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations for leadership.
• Assist project teams with stakeholder communications and project support.
• Research best practices and emerging technologies for rotation-related design improvements.
• Monitor compliance, data quality, and governance standards; escalate issues as needed.
• Document processes and support continuous improvement across the organization.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
