Job summary

enGen is seeking a motivated early-career professional to join the Enterprise Technology Development Program (ETDP). This two-year, paid rotation across Business Operations exposes you to multiple teams while delivering data-driven insights and governance support to leadership.

You will analyze operational metrics, develop reports and dashboards, and partner with leaders to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that improve efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Completed at least one quality internship in a relevant role
• Active involvement in clubs, volunteer work, or similar activity
• Experience with reporting, process improvement and stakeholder collaboration

Responsibilities

• Support planning activities, operational reviews, process improvements, and business initiatives
• Analyze operational, workforce, financial, and business performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities
• Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and presentations for leadership
• Participate on project teams, including stakeholder communications and project support
• Monitor governance standards and data quality; identify issues
• Document processes and support continuous improvement
