Job summary

Enigma is hiring a Data Operations Associate to own customer-related data operations and onboarding projects, partnering with GTM, CS, and Product. You will drive data process improvements, ensure high-quality data services, and support go-to-market efforts by distilling data problems into solvable tasks.

This role offers growth and exposure to cutting-edge data products. You will build tools and reports with modern tech stacks, contribute to the product roadmap, and help scale data operations

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to extract, manipulate and analyze data
• Experience with SQL and data wrangling tools to manage tabular data
• Project management experience owning complex onboarding workflows end-to-end

Responsibilities

• Scale and manage data and onboarding operations to streamline customer lifecycle end-to-end
• Own and lead data analysis projects and generate insights to inform customer conversations
• Prepare regular reports communicating data quality metrics to stakeholders
• Document data operations processes and maintain data dictionaries
