Job summary

Dematic invites students to join the Engineering & Delivery Optimization (EDO) Co‑op Program in a hands-on, rotation-based experience. You will work on real projects supporting development, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement of automation solutions.

As a participant, you will collaborate with experienced engineers, technical specialists, and operators, building a broad skill set across mechatronics, software, and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on building, testing, troubleshooting, coding, fabricating, or improving technical systems.
• Creativity and curiosity help translate ideas into tangible results.
• Willingness to learn and apply new engineering tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured assignments across multiple EDO teams during successive co‑op rotations.
• Contribute to engineering, software, validation, operations, and process-improvement work.
• Apply classroom knowledge to mechanical, electrical, software, and automation challenges.
• Build, test, analyze, document, troubleshoot, and improve solutions under guidance.
