Highmark Health presents the Enterprise Technology Development Program (ETDP), a two-year, paid early-career rotational development track within Software Engineering. You will contribute to scalable applications across digital channels and work with an agile team on architectural and implementation decisions using modern tech stacks.
The program emphasizes hands-on experience across multiple teams, development lifecycle involvement, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver quality software
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field with GPA 3.2+
- Completed at least one quality internship in a relevant role
- Experience with Java, C++, or Perl
- Familiar with APIs, RESTful, JSON, XML, or SOAP
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or GCP

- Participate in project teams on various roles.
- Research best practices and emerging technologies for rotations.
- Collaborate with customers and IT teams to understand business requirements.
- Contribute to design, coding, testing, and deployment of enhancements.
- Assist with story creation and task tracking in Digital AI.
