Affirm, Inc. is seeking a senior analytics leader to own and prioritize the analytics portfolio for a major product area within a remote-friendly environment.

You will lead complex analyses across growth, risk, customer experience, and profitability, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations for senior leadership. You will build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-assisted analytic workflows while ensuring rigorous validation, governance, and reproducibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in a cross-functional analytical role with measurable impact.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for statistical analysis and experimentation.
• Experience with AI-powered tools to accelerate analysis and workflows.
• Ability to mentor analysts and lead through influence.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the analytics portfolio for a major product or business area.
• Lead complex analyses balancing growth, credit performance, and unit economics.
• Translate findings into clear business cases for leadership decisions.
• Design and run experiments to validate product-market fit and economics.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Revenue to align on decisions.
• Build scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows with strong governance.
• Mentor analysts and develop reusable analytical practices.
