Job summary

Cribl is seeking an Analytics Lead to act as our internal data consultant and product owner across GTM, People, and Finance. You will design self-serve data solutions that drive action and own the Data UX for internal stakeholders.

You will blend management consulting rigor with deep data practice, partnering with senior leaders and leveraging SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Sigma, and AI tooling to move fast and guide decisions. This role embraces a remote-first, global team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics or data leadership with senior business exposure.
• Deep knowledge of GTM drivers, marketing analytics incl. attribution and funnel analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt) and BI tools with semantic layers.
• Fluency with AI-assisted modeling to accelerate work and translate insights quickly.
• Experience building/p directing predictive models (propensity, churn) and experiments.
• Track record presenting analyses to executives to influence decisions.
• Strong written communication to turn analyses into actionable memos.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analytical requirements and end-to-end analytics.
• Own analytics as a product, ranking work by impact and delivering decision-ready analyses.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive clarity on complex challenges.
• Lead the data UX for internal users, ensuring self-serve capabilities across teams.
• Leverage AI tools to boost efficiency and insights, continually improving data products.
• Provide strategic guidance on campaign performance, attribution, and funnel analytics.
