Job summary

FactSet in New York, NY seeks an Implementation Specialist to deploy products, ensure data integration, and build end-user reports. You will train clients, support users during implementations, and collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to enhance analytics.

This hybrid US-based role requires at least 2 years with FactSet Analytics tools, a strong technical background, and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working with FactSet Analytics tools.
• Strong technical background with ability to write complex screening codes.
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communication in coordination with the implementation project manager
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates
• Provide product (functional and technical) guidance on solutioning processes based on customer needs
• Create user workflow specifications and custom report specs, guiding technical staff on requirements
• Develop understanding of the Analytics suite technical aspects
• Implement new and enhance deployments to improve user experience and sales opportunities
• Communicate with sophisticated users about investment principles and applications
• Identify growth opportunities by mapping client structures and opportunities during implementation
• Share trends and areas for improvement
• Study client workflows and partner with Product Development/Engineering to enhance FactSet products
• Provide user training and support development of training programs
• Facilitate transition from implementation to support
