Job summary

FactSet's Implementation Specialist is a subject matter expert tasked with deploying FactSet's products on high-value projects. You will ensure data integration, configure modules, build end-user reports, train clients, and support users through the implementation process.

This hybrid role requires deep knowledge of FactSet Analytics tools and strong technical skills to guide clients and optimize deployments across multiple locations, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with FactSet Analytics tools.
• Strong technical background with data and software solutions.
• Proven ability to write complex screening code.
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics products.
• CFA/CIPM/CAPM/FRM/MBA or similar certifications preferred.
• Extremely detail-oriented with big-picture thinking.
• Enthusiastic with initiative and ownership.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communication with project manager.
• Build and manage implementation scope and estimates.
• Provide product guidance for process solutioning.
• Create workflow specs and custom report specs for clients.
• Develop understanding of the Analytics suite's technical aspects.
• Implement new deployments and enhance existing ones.
• Communicate with sophisticated users about investment concepts.
• Identify growth opportunities during implementation.
• Share trends and areas for improvement.
• Study client workflows with Product Development and Engineering.
• Provide user training and support training programs.
• Facilitate transition from implementation to support.
