Job summary

FactSet is seeking an Implementation Specialist to deploy analytics solutions for investment professionals. You will ensure data integration, configure modules, build reports, train clients, and support users through implementations. Roles are project-based and may involve optimization and mentorship.

Location flexibility includes multiple U.S. cities and Toronto with a hybrid working environment. Travel is expected for client engagements and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with FactSet Analytics tools is required.
• Strong technical background and ability to write complex screening codes.
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions products.
• Detail-oriented with initiative and ownership.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communications with the project manager.
• Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates.
• Provide product guidance for solution design based on client needs.
• Create user workflow specifications and custom report specs for technical teams.
• Develop understanding of the Analytics suite technical aspects.
• Implement and enhance deployments to improve user experience and drive opportunities.
• Communicate with sophisticated users about investment principles and application.
• Identify growth by mapping client structures and uncovering opportunities.
• Share trends and best practices with clients and internal teams.
• Study client workflows and partner with Product Development to improve products.
• Provide user training and support development of training programs.
• Facilitate transition from implementation to support.
