Job summary

FactSet is seeking an Implementation Specialist to deploy analytics products and drive high-value engagements for clients in the San Francisco area. You will ensure data integration, module configuration, and end-user reporting while training clients and supporting them through the implementation lifecycle.

The role emphasizes project-based work, collaboration with Product Development, and mentorship of junior team members. Travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with FactSet Analytics tools.
• Strong technical background and ability to write complex screening codes.
• Understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Performance Solutions.
• Willingness to travel and to work on projects across locations.
• Professional certifications (CFA/CIPM/CAPM/FRM/MBA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce client-facing communication with the implementation project manager.
• Develop and manage implementation scope and effort estimates; provide product guidance.
• Create user workflow specifications and custom report specifications.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the Analytics suite's technical aspects.
• Implement new deployments and enhance existing ones to improve user experience.
• Communicate with sophisticated users about investment principles and their application.
• Identify growth opportunities during the implementation process.
• Share emerging trends and areas for improvement.
• Study client workflows and collaborate with Product Development and Engineering.
• Provide user training and support the training programs.
• Facilitate the transition from implementation to support.
