Cribl is seeking an Analytics Business Partner to bridge new products and acquisitions with our data, definitions, and reporting. You will translate business events into consistent models and drive value across GTM, Finance, and Product, reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, stand up the BI Council, and ensure alignment on measures, hierarchies, and data ownership while adapting to a remote-first, multi-time-zone environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• Ability to join tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.
• Know when data, process, or data model changes are needed to fix reporting.
• Strong communication to present exec summaries and work with ops teams.
• Experience ensuring data/reporting during an acquisition or product launch.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive the solution for non-routine events impacting reporting.
• M&A integration: fit acquired products and customers into reporting models.
• New product launch: align metrics with product success definitions and tracking.
• Keep execution moving across Data & Analytics teams and stakeholders.
• Stand up and run the Business Intelligence Council with cross-functional leaders.
• Know the business and engage the right people across GTM, Finance, Product.
