Job summary

Cribl, a remote-first AI telemetry platform, seeks an Analytics Business Partner who translates new products and acquisitions into cohesive data, reporting, and metrics. Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics within the Business Operations group, you’ll drive cross-functional alignment and orchestrate complex data initiatives across GTM, Finance, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions and ability to reconcile differences.
• Able to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right; hands-on dashboard work not primary.
• Understand whether data issues are due to data, process ownership, or data models.
• Ability to adapt communication style for execs and operational teams.
• Experience ensuring data/ reporting post-acquisition or product launch maintains visibility.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive the solution when a non-routine event doesn’t fit current tracking or reporting.
• M&A integration: map products and customers into existing reporting/models post-deal.
• New product launch: align success metrics with Product and ensure reporting tracks them.
• Keep execution moving across Data, Analytics, and related teams by sequencing handoffs and closing gaps.
• Stand up the Business Intelligence Council to align leaders on measures and hierarchy definitions.
• Know the business: coordinate with GTM, Finance, Product, and others before scoping data work.
