Job summary

Cribl is seeking an Analytics Business Partner to bridge data, reporting, and business strategy across GTM, Finance and Product. You will own how new products and M&A activities are reflected in our data, models, and measures, reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics within the Business Operations group.

The role requires 8+ years in strategy, analytics, or operations, with strong data fluency, the ability to join tables and craft meaningful dashboards, and a capacity to drive cross-functional

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics.
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions.
• Ability to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right.
• Not a data-only fix: identify whether data, process, or model causes issues.
• Strong communication with executives and operational teams.
• Experience ensuring data/reporting post-acquisition or product launch.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and drive solutions for non-routine business events across functions.
• M&A integration: fit acquired products and customers into reporting models.
• New product launch: align success metrics with product definitions and reporting.
• Keep execution moving: sequence tasks and manage handoffs across teams.
• Stand up the Business Intelligence Council to align on metrics and definitions.
• Know the business: map GTM, Finance, Product interactions and data needs.
