Cribl is seeking an Analytics Business Partner to bridge product, finance, GTM, and operations through data. You will diagnose gaps, own cross‑functional reporting, and drive solutions from acquisition integrations to new product launches.

Reporting to the VP of Data & Analytics, this remote‑first role demands 8+ years of strategy, operations, or analytics, with strong communication and SQL/data modeling skills; base salary ranges $190k–$255k USD per year, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in management consulting, in-house strategy, business operations, or business analytics, with a track record of operating in unfamiliar functions
• Fluency across GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions and ability to reconcile differences across teams
• Ability to join multiple tables, write a CTE, and get the aggregation grain right
• Not a data-only answer: diagnose whether data problems are data, process, or data model related
• Strong communication style: able to present top-line takeaways to execs and work through details with operational teams
• Experience ensuring data and reporting keep up after acquisitions or major product launches

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and drive the solution across cross-functional teams for non-routine business events
• M&A integration: align products and customers with reporting/data models post-close
• New product launch: align success metrics with data models and reporting
• Keep execution moving: sequence tasks, manage handoffs, and close gaps quickly
• Stand up the Business Intelligence Council: align leaders on measures and hierarchy definitions and drive resolutions
• Know the business: map GTM, Finance, Product, and other functions to ensure proper engagement before scoping data work
