Job summary

Accommodations Plus International is seeking a Director of Analytics to turn data into insights that drive decision-making across departments. The role oversees automation for savings tracking, data platforms, and KPI dashboards with a focus on airline and hotel networks.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify improvements, build scalable data solutions, and present findings to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, CS, Info Mgmt, or Statistics.
• 2+ years of data mining experience.
• 4+ years in a data analyst role.
• Proficiency with data modeling and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, and execution of automation for airline savings tracking.
• Develop client-facing presentations; highlight savings across hotel networks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Improve room inventory planning and operations, reducing workload in API Flex Rooms.
• PromoteAutomation & AI capabilities and drive adoption.
• Build and monitor KPIs for Account Management, Planning, and Operations.
• Analyze spend, room usage, call center transitions, and inventory trends.
• Develop databases, data collection, analytics, and data strategies.
• Create a platform reporting hotel rate movement and inventory in key markets.
• Acquire data from primary/secondary sources and maintain databases.
• Identify trends in complex data sets and communicate findings.
• Clean and validate data to fix code problems.
• Enhance sourcing processes to serve clients better.
• Other duties as needed by supervisor.
