Dow Inc. in Plaquemine, LA seeks an Associate Analytical Technician to provide analytical data for product release and process optimization in our MPQ lab. You will support routine and non-routine analyses, document results, and help maintain safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork and strong communication. A science degree (or 3+ years military experience), OpenLab and MS Office proficiency, and willingness to rotate 12-hour shifts including weekends are required.

Formación

• Associate's degree in science or 3+ years military experience.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Able to work in an empowered team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work a 12 hour rotating shift; weekends/holidays.
• No visa sponsorship available; must be authorized to work in the United States.
• TWIC card is required or eligible to obtain one.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine and non-routine analyses on analytical equipment such as GC, titrations, spectrometry, etc.
• Document, communicate, and archive results using IT software and electronic tools (OpenLab).
• Understand and execute Environmental Health & Safety, ODMS, AWP procedures.
• Monitor analytical systems.
• Work in a team environment with changing priorities and little direct supervision.
