Under the direction of the Supervisor I for the Administrative Support Branch within the Office of Structure Maintenance (SM&I), the As-Built Analyst/Training Coordinator performs complex analytical assignments in one or more areas for a broad range of governmental and managerial problems. The incumbent serves as a member of the Administrative Support Branch and initiates, reviews, analyzes, develops and implements a variety of work tasks. The incumbent is expected to work independently with minimal supervision, produce completed staff work, and provide the SMI management team with solutions to complex issues based on current state laws and the State Administrative and State Contracting Manuals. The incumbent independently researches, analyzes and monitors the allocations/encumbrances/expenditures of the SMI contracts and provides monthly reports on the status of each. The incumbent ensures that SM&I managers and staff have the products and services needed to ensure delivery of the Department's Mission, Vision, Values, Strategic Imperatives and Goals.
