Job summary

MCS Health is seeking a Compensation Lead to support development and evolution of compensation strategy, ensuring internal equity and market alignment across the organization.

You will partner with Total Rewards leadership to translate organizational priorities into coherent compensation and job architecture frameworks, and to apply the compensation philosophy consistently across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, preferably in Human Resources.
• At least five years of experience in evaluation and design of organizational structures, salary analysis, and development of job descriptions.
• Experience with organizational chart systems such as Orgchart Now (ADP) and Visio is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support design, maintenance, and evolution of compensation structures and job leveling frameworks.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to translate priorities into coherent compensation and job architecture frameworks.
• Assist in developing and refining salary structures, job levels, and governance guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain compensation documentation for audits and leadership reviews.
• Provide data-based input for salary actions, job evaluations, and hiring offers.
