Job summary

The Dollywood Company is seeking an Amusement Team Member to operate carnival style games at Dollywood Theme Park. You will interact with guests, manage game setups, explain prizes, and promote sales packages, all while maintaining a fun, friendly atmosphere.

The role requires 14+ years old, prior sales or customer service experience preferred, and ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with flexible hours and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be minimum of 14 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience working in a team environment, highly preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates carnival style games and interacts with guests.
• Explains rules and prizes for each game.
• Describes sales packages and demonstrates selling skills.
• Records games played and prizes awarded.
• Interacts with guests using microphones and props.
• Manages stock levels and merchandising of games.
• Ensures cleanliness and display preparation meet company standards.
• Maintains dependable attendance and flexible schedules including overtime, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Supports the Games and Amusements team through teamwork and respect for others.
• Communicates needs for products, equipment, and supplies to leadership.
• Follows Amusements safety guidelines and reports safety issues.
• Completes PCI compliance and required training.
