Qualifications

• Understand basic calculator and cash register/POS system.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and encourage merchandise purchases.
• Operate cash register/POS system efficiently and follow policies.
• Assist in training new hires and host new locations.
• Ensure inventory is stocked and shelves are maintained to Dollywood standards.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and display preparation.
