Job summary

Dollywood Parks & Resorts is seeking an Amusement Team Member for Dollywood Theme Park. This part-time seasonal role involves operating carnival-style games, engaging guests, and processing sales with a strong emphasis on safety and PCI compliance.

The role requires high-energy customer service, ability to work in an outdoor setting, and collaboration with team members to deliver a fun guest experience across shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be minimum of 14 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience working in a team environment, highly preferred.
• Offers of employment are contingent upon satisfactory completion of onboarding process which includes background screening and pre employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operates carnival style games and interacts with guests.
• Explains the rules and prizes for each game.
• Records the number of games played and prizes awarded.
• Maintains stock levels and merchandising of assigned games.
• Assists in the operation and upkeep of locations and adheres to safety guidelines.
